The equipment is equipped with a can sealing machine, and its supporting type depends on the production capacity. 30-163 in the model indicates that the number of can filling valves is 30, and the pitch is 163mm. The machine is supported by foot bolts to ensure the cleanness of the ground. Simply adjust the foot bolts (adjustable range ± 50mm), so that the tank conveyor belt is at the specified height, with a range of 1250-1400mm. The driving force of the filling machine is transmitted from the can sealing machine to the turbine reducer through the universal joint drive shaft, and then the gear on the upper body of the reducer is directly meshed with the external ring gear of the tank support seat, so as to realize the normal operation of the filling machine. In addition, the turbine reducer also drives the tank conveyor belt for screw feeding Lever, input star wheel, etc. The empty tank is sent by the tank conveyor belt. Through the tank brake, the synchronous supply screw is input into the star wheel to enter the tank filling station.
